1.     Acceptance of terms and conditions

By completing and submitting the registration form for a particular workshop, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below. You acknowledge that you are the individual named on the registration form, or the legal adult guardian of the minor registered.

2.     Payment

The fee for attending the Workshops and/or Courses is stated on the registration form for the relevant Workshop and/or Course. All payments for the Workshop or Course must be made in full at the time of completing the registration form. Payment in full is required to complete your registration.

3. Refunds

All Workshop and Course fees shall be non-refundable except in the unlikely circumstance we need to cancel the Workshop or Course. In such circumstances, we will provide you with a full refund of the amount you paid to us within 14 business days after the cancellation date.

4. Workshop and Course Content

All Workshop and Course content is proprietary and confidential. All materials and information distributed in relation to any workshop or course is for the sole use of the workshop participant. It may not be shared or used in any commercial or non-commercial manner without the express written consent of LifeJourney Workshops.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

To protect participant privacy, no recordings are allowed under any circumstances. You agree to keep all shared and personal information in strict confidence.

6. Limitations of Liability

The Workshop or Course may employ various meditative, thought provoking, or Shamanic journey techniques and open sharing. All techniques may induce a mild altered state of consciousness intended to further and deepen your self-awareness. No chemical inducements, such as drugs or alcohol, are ever used or allowed.

You agree and understand that the workshop or course may evoke strong emotions, bring up memories, or trigger unwanted reactions and responses which LifeJourney Workshops and its facilitators are not aware of and/or could not have known exist. You accept full responsibility to excuse yourself from participating in any activity which causes you discomfort or which makes you feel uncomfortable.

Except in the case of gross negligence, I agree to hold harmless LifeJourney Workshops and the workshop facilitators and leaders.
